Moved to payments fraud and risk and led the one-account-per-customer fraud check for the Amazon Pay India launch end to end, then unblocked general availability and got about 5,300 stalled investigations back to investigators. Designed a risk contract that 6 client teams adopted and set up the org's interview question bank. Won the Zeus Team Award for the risk-evaluation API and a Spot Award for a sprint process change.

    Spot Award for a sprint process that raised completion to 85%

    I proposed a 'scaling for development' process in the fraud and risk org to help teams fit Scrum to their context and introduced it in my team; our sprint task completion rose to 85% and a senior manager gave me a Spot Award.

    Unblocked the Amazon Pay general availability launch in two days

    The wallet's general availability was blocked because its orders were not recognized as a valid payment instrument; I was called in, found the root cause in two days and agreed a fix at the source with the payments team.

    Reopened 5,293 stalled fraud investigations after the Amazon Pay launch

    After the Amazon Pay launch, 5,927 investigations had missed their SLA with too few investigators to clear them, and those customers could not create wallets; I designed and built a tool that reopened them for investigators in record time.

    Led the fraud check for the Amazon Pay India launch

    I conceived and led the one-account-per-customer fraud check for the Amazon Pay wallet launch in India, from requirements to onboarding, and built it for 1,150 TPS against a 20 TPS requirement.

    Set the risk-evaluation contract that 6 teams adopted unchanged

    I designed the generic document that carries context into a fraud-evaluation platform's risk API, won approval from senior and principal engineers, and wrote the onboarding guides that let 6 client teams adopt it with no change to its structure.
