    An engineering team's leaders invited me to Plymouth, Minnesota, for three days of hands-on GenAI work; the team's confidence in using AI rose from 4.5 to 7.6 out of 10.

    Built an AI agent for regulated requirements

    I built an AI agent that takes requirements from ambiguous to reviewable and checks them against IEC 62304 and FDA guidance, then presented it to the software technical advisory board.

    I designed and led a 2025 skill-building program with Philips University: 33 sessions, 492 learners, 8.9 out of 10, and I taught 23 of them.

    With Philips University, I ran a train-the-trainer class for 34 people; the Bangalore team that took it went on to lead its own AI work and use it to speed up releases.

    I created a new Philips University course on coding with GitHub Copilot, covering daily productivity, technical debt and test writing; its announcement was seen by 4,103 people.
