Trained trainers so teams could lead their own AI adoption
With Philips University, I ran a train-the-trainer class for 34 people; the Bangalore team that took it went on to lead its own AI work and use it to speed up releases.

Train people inside the team so they can teach the rest.
What I did
Ran the class with Philips University and backed the team member who took on the champion role.

The team built an end-to-end AI use case, from knowledge transfer to test cases, and a senior leader publicly praised its results.
