An engineering team's leaders invited me to Plymouth, Minnesota, for three days of hands-on GenAI work; the team's confidence in using AI rose from 4.5 to 7.6 out of 10.

What I did

Taught prompt and context engineering, spec-driven development and AI for requirements, and measured confidence before and after.

What changed

Measured confidence rose 69%, and the team reported a significant rise in Copilot use after the training.
