Model the trace as a knowledge graph on top of existing tools, with people approving every link.
What I did
Led delivery of the first use case, wrote the release notes for business stakeholders and set out the path to the internal developer portal.
What changed
Release data from three business teams was traceable end to end in one place, and the milestone review confirmed the project was on track.
