I guided an IT platform team off one-off pipelines and onto reusable GitHub workflows any product team could adopt, so wiring in the required security scanner became self-service.

What I did
Taught the team how platform teams serve product teams, guided it to build reusable workflows into the SaaS factory pipelines, and demonstrated a workflow that connects a project to the scanner in a few clicks.
What changed
What took months now takes minutes. My manager called it a vision that I implemented and sold to the teams, and those teams now build reusable workflows for everyone.
