What I did
Led DevOps and BizDevOps assessment work, supported hiring, and took the software excellence programs beyond India to teams in the US and Brazil.
What changed
Three goals were rated Exceeds Expectations, including changing how teams work and influencing company-level strategy, and my manager called the promotion deserved.
