Focus the year on two areas, end-to-end assessment of the SaaS factory pilots and reusable workflows for the tools teams use.
What I did
Directed teams through the assessments without formal authority and built a DevOps asset base with an IT team.
What changed
Overall Performing, with guidance of new joiners rated Exceeds and teaming rated Role Model; the reusable assets were gaining traction among pilot projects.
