Helped a SaaS team take its regulated pipeline from architecture to Alpha
In a cross-team group, I worked with the SaaS team to take its DevOps pipeline from architecture to a working Alpha, with the design history file and test automation built into the pipeline.

What would have happened
In the project lead's words, the SaaS team alone could not have reached a working pipeline in two program increments.
The call
Build the design history file and test automation into the pipeline from the start.
What I did
Worked closely with the team on the architecture and the Alpha release, and on the evaluation that recommended the best-rated continuous delivery tool.
What changed
A working master template pipeline was released as the Alpha, and the project lead named me among its main contributors.
