    IBM gave me its First Patent Application Invention Achievement Award, signed by its chairman and CEO, for my availability invention.

    I was promoted and named worldwide contact and lead for the Lotus Expeditor Webcontainer and portlet container.

    At IBM's 2010 Regional Technical Leadership Exchange, I was recognized as the most influential member of the India Technical Experts Council, three years into my career.
