Vermont's public deadline, met
Vermont's health insurance exchange needed its change function live by a public deadline. I had triaged the release's open tickets in January, and I stood by through the go-live weekend with about 20 India engineers. The Governor then announced the deadline was met.

What I did
Sorted the release's open tickets by owner and fix effort in January so scope could be set, then troubleshot live issues through the go-live weekend.
What changed
The change function went live on time, and the product's US leadership and a partner's leadership thanked the India team.
