With a program leader, I proposed a governed, permission-aware layer of engineering context that every AI agent can share, so each tool stops rebuilding its own.

Co-wrote the proposal with its candidate team, use cases and budget, and started talks with another business about reusing the layer for document generation.

It fed the 2027 business case.
