I led the team that organized the three-day India edition of the company's worldwide developer event, with industry partners and 250+ participants.

What would have happened

The company's developer event had run in Europe and China; engineers in India would have had no edition of their own.

Run it as three days of hands-on workshops and talks, with industry partners.

Put out the call for papers, brought in industry partners and led the organizing team through the event.

250+ engineers took part; the company featured it on its corporate LinkedIn page, and my manager called it very successful.
