What I did
Led InnerSource and modern tooling work and product-quality programs in business code bases, and mentored people inside and outside Software Excellence.
What changed
All three goals, on InnerSource and tooling, product quality and people development, were rated Exceeds Expectations, and my manager called the volume of requested feedback role-model behavior.
