Leading the plan selection rebuild
I led a team of India developers in rewriting the exchange's plan selection on a layered data design, and presented the demo. The US head of development called it simply amazing.

Rebuild on layers: a data layer, business entities separated from the CRM system, and proper logging and messaging.

Set the layered approach, pulled the team's before-and-after measurements into one deck and presented the demo to US leadership.

The US head of development praised its speed, maintainability, extensibility and logging, and held it up to the organization as quality delivered in a short time.
