Moved into a managerial role leading software excellence transformation projects
From March 2021, as Software Competency Specialist II in a managerial capacity, I led software excellence transformation projects for Philips businesses from scoping to final report. I directed small rotating teams of architects and specialists and reported results to business leaders.

What I did
Scoped each project with the business heads, allocated and supervised the work of a small rotating team of architects and specialists, tracked it against a plan and presented findings and remediation actions to them.
What changed
I was promoted to Software Excellence Competency Lead with the November 2021 transfer to Philips North America, and my manager wrote that the promotion was deserved.
