Bringing every project into one tech community
With a small team of volunteers, I started TExeter Thursday, a knowledge-sharing series that brought engineers from every project together. Its first event was a technical quiz covering every tech stack.

What would have happened
Engineers stayed inside their own projects, with little exchange of technical knowledge.
The call
Make knowledge sharing a regular, fun event that people chose to attend.
What I did
Launched the Thursday series with the TExeter team and ran the first quiz, with questions from every tech stack so all teams had an equal chance.
What changed
A project team sent a testimonial asking for more sessions and noting that leads, architects and managers joined in. The managing director called it very impressive.
